May 23, 2017 Well, I hate to tell you this, but all of your Webkinz are probably gone. According to Ganz, if you haven’t played in seven years, your account has been permanently deleted. This is honestly devastating. All of that labor for nothing. I will no longer, in my old age, be able to look at my 30-room Webkinz house and know I accomplished. For security purposes, during the archiving process, we remove all information associated to the account other than then User Name and Password. If you wish to reactivate an archived account and you remember your login credentials, simply attempt to login to your Webkinz World account to initiate the automatic account recovery process.
After 18 months of inactivity we will archive an account. For security purposes, during the archiving process, we remove all information associated to the account other than then User Name and Password.
